GLOBAL IDENTITY AND PLAYING BIG
There are many powerful coaches and teachers who share their work of how to empower ourselves and play bigger connected to our sense of purpose. But nobody is talking about playing bigger with the unique cultural makeup and the challenges of global identity. Playing big isn't about more work, pushing harder, nor getting louder because we experienced more of the world. Playing big is about fulfilling a self-promise by choosing your dream over your fears. It's a quiet choice, yet a powerful one. It's about choosing to use your voice to create the change you wish to see in the world. It's about becoming more you, deepening in what you know and what you see, despite what the cultures told you to be. So, how do we play bigger in our global identity? It can sound overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. In this interactive workshop, you will discover 1) what playing big looks like for cross-cultural women; 2) what is the most fundamental block that keeps us stuck in a pattern of playing small; 3) learn how to move past them and begin playing big today.
